Family & community wellness are SUPER important to me. This is why I specialize in the area in which I live, work, play & volunteer! I serve the communities surrounding our flagship plaza of friendly neighbourhood shop keepers & business owners -- Crest Plaza. When neighbours know their grocer by first name and vice versa, you know you have a good thing going!
I have been investing in real estate for myself for over 20 years and know first hand the ups and down, the ins and outs, all the pitfalls and the opportunities to look out for. I have been living and volunteering in this vibrant community on the border of Burnaby and New Westminster for 15 years. I know this area very well and cherish the many, many friendships I have made with neighbours, clients, business owners, professionals and other community members. Combine these with my Degree in Commerce from UBC (which has given me strong marketing and negotiating skills) and the fact that I come from a long line of Real Estate professionals and Community Advocates...well, it was inevitable that I was to become a Realtor®. I decided in 2017 to share my insider secrets and first hand knowledge with other families, so that they too could make their Real Estate dreams come true!
